What the Family Wanted to Achieve
The family wanted a showstopping kitchen diner with generous pantry storage, an island for casual dining, and an airy vaulted ceiling that maximised vertical space.
02 · Structural Construction & Engineering
Groundworks, Steelwork & Roof Structure
We constructed the rear extension shell with a pitched vaulted roof structure, installed twin conservation rooflights, completed the structural RSJ knock through, and ran new plumbing and electrical circuits.
03 · Master Joinery & Interior Finishing
Kitchens, Flooring & Second Fix Woodwork
Our master joiners installed the bespoke two tone shaker kitchen, scribing the tall pantry and oven housings cleanly to the ceiling line, fitting the quartz worktops, and laying precision herringbone flooring throughout.
