What the Family Wanted to Achieve
Our clients wanted to knock through their existing rear dining room and extend out into the patio to create one sociably connected kitchen, dining, and entertaining hub.
02 · Structural Construction & Engineering
Groundworks, Steelwork & Roof Structure
We built the red brick cavity shell to match the existing masonry, installed a pitched tiled roof housing three large Velux roof windows, fitted black aluminium doors opening onto the porcelain patio, and installed the RSJ steel beam for the internal knock through.
03 · Master Joinery & Interior Finishing
Kitchens, Flooring & Second Fix Woodwork
Inside, our joiners fitted crisp white handleless cabinetry paired with a bespoke butcher block walnut breakfast bar wrapping the central cooking island, continuous oak herringbone flooring, and recessed LED spot lighting.
