Stephen visits your home in person to walk your property, measure up, and listen to what you want to achieve. We give practical guidance on what is possible within your budget, explaining whether your build needs planning permission or falls under permitted development rights. There is never any pushy sales talk, just direct trade advice from an experienced builder.
You receive a clear written breakdown outlining every trade, material, and specification. Your payment schedule is split into clear milestones tied to completed stages on site. You only ever pay for work that has been verified on your property, giving you complete financial safety from start to finish.
Most of our clients live in their homes throughout the entire build. We construct the watertight external brickwork and roof first before ever opening up your living space. Dust screens are sealed into place, materials are stacked neatly, and the workspace is swept and tidied at the end of every afternoon.
Our master joiners handle the second fix finishes that bring your home to life, including custom kitchens, smooth flooring, and bespoke woodwork. We coordinate all local council building inspections on your behalf and deliver your official completion certificate alongside our written guarantee.
